Have you started to notice hollows, bags, or wrinkles in the skin just beneath your eyes? This part of your face is called the tear trough area, and it’s a common place for signs of aging skin to develop. Unfortunately, these unsightly skin issues can make us look older and create what’s known as a “tired eyes” look. If you’re interested in rejuvenating your tear troughs and restoring the youthful appearance of your eyes and mid-face, Restylane Eyelight may be exactly what you need.
What Is the Restylane Eyelight Procedure Like?
To begin the Restylane Eyelight treatment process, you’ll have a quick consultation with Dr. Paul Leong or one of our other aesthetic professionals. Once they understand your aesthetic goals and needs, they’ll be able to create a custom-tailored treatment plan for you. The actual procedure will then be performed on an outpatient basis right at our medical spa. First, you’ll have a topical anesthetic applied to your tear trough areas to numb the skin. Your injector professional will then use a fine needle to inject the dermal filler into your skin beneath the eyes. The procedure should only take around 15 to 30 minutes to complete, and you’ll be able to return home immediately after it’s finished.
