The rhinoplasty patient from Pittsburgh had a primary complaint of a high dorsum, but also noted that his nasal tip was leaning slightly to the right.
Frontal:
This view shows that the nasal bridge and nasal tip is leaning slightly to the right, which was corrected by his rhinoplasty.
Left Lateral:
The nasal bridge (dorsum) has been moderately reduced. It is very important with male rhinoplasty to leave the patient with a strong dorsum, to much reduction of the dorsum can lead to a feminized nose!
Left Oblique:
The view once again shows the refinement in the nasal dorsum.
