This 58 year old gentleman from Pittsburgh was concerned about his descended eyebrows. In some cases a browlift procedure needs to be combined with a blepharoplasty (eyelid lift) to obtain the best result. However, in this case a combined surgery was not needed. I performed an endoscopic browlift alone to provide the patient with a rejuvenated appearance around the eyes. The key is to only perform surgery when it’s clearly required to improve the result – this philosophy serves the best interests of the patient.
